Service terms and scope boundaries

Service terms and scope boundaries

USD 249 once, scope before payment, customer-owned accounts, bounded acceptance, exclusions and refund boundaries.

Local prelaunch version, 8 October 2026. Final contracting and consumer terms require the operator’s policy review before production. No payment is taken by this preview.

Agreement comes first

A readiness brief or inquiry is not an accepted order. Before payment, a written quote identifies the contracting party, selected scope, fee, applicable tax, timing and customer inputs. Do not assume a slot is booked from a submitted request.

The standard scope

USD 249 once covers one owner-ready hosted Supabase project, one customer-owned sender/domain and one existing web auth-email path: signup confirmation, password reset, magic link or invite. We start with Resend; other providers need explicit fit approval. Supplier accounts, usage, domains and optional platform costs remain your responsibility.

You keep your accounts. You must have authority to operate the project, DNS, provider and test mailboxes. Sensitive values are entered directly in provider tools, not sent through intake. We agree a small test set and expected completion state.

Acceptance and limitations

The agreed test distinguishes sender verification, Auth request, provider handling, mailbox observation and completed app action. It cannot guarantee universal inbox placement, future platform availability or the app’s general security. DNS propagation and provider approval may delay work. We communicate dependencies and confirm timing against actual availability.

Missing callbacks, reset forms, session handling, general app repair, hosting migration, search optimization, bulk/cold email, reputation recovery, OAuth verification, security/RLS audits and ongoing monitoring are excluded. A different job requires a new agreement.

Corrections and refunds

A seven-day same-scope correction window follows delivery. Contact the operator with the relevant redacted evidence; a new path, domain or provider is not a correction. If we cannot deliver the agreed standard-package acceptance within scope, we refund the service fee rather than calling a diagnostic report complete. We do not charge for undisclosed extensions.

If owner access or inputs stall, we pause and discuss cancellation and a refund for unperformed work. Supplier charges paid directly are governed by their own terms. These proposed service boundaries do not remove rights that applicable law gives you; final policy wording must be approved before production.

Learning sessions are separate

An invitation-only learning session, if offered, has its own smaller written scope and fee. It is not the full standard service at a hidden discount and is not required before buying the standard package.
