Privacy and browser storage

What the readiness tool stores, when an intake request is sent and why no credentials belong in your brief.

Last reviewed 8 October 2026. AuthMailReady is a Veristria service. Contact support@teamveristria.com for privacy questions or requests.

Browse without analytics trackers

This site contains no analytics pixels, advertising tags or third-party font requests. It uses a small remembered informational notice. Choosing “Got it” stores only the value dismissed under authmailready_notice_v1 in this browser’s local storage. It is not an analytics-consent gate; there are no optional analytics waiting behind it.

You can reopen the notice from the footer or clear this value using your browser’s site-storage controls. If browser storage is disabled, the notice can still close for the current page, but may appear again.

Readiness answers and downloads

Tool answers live in the current page’s memory. We do not automatically save them in local storage or send them as you type. Copy and download are explicit actions to your clipboard or device. Reset clears the form and local brief. Closing or refreshing the page discards unsent answers. A downloaded file remains wherever you save it until you delete it.

When you request a scope review

Only the explicit submission action sends the form to this site’s intake endpoint. It includes your name, email, public app URL, summary, selected readiness answers, consent and a request identifier used to handle retries. If intake is unavailable, the form explains the result and offers copy/download. A network error or uncertain response may occur after storage; the brief keeps that uncertainty visible and asks you to retry unchanged for the same reference. It does not automatically open your email app.

Submitted data is used to assess your request, reply about scope and manage the service. It is not permission for unrelated marketing. Hosting and configured intake providers may process technical request logs for operating and protecting the service. The configured server adapter stores requests in an owner-controlled Supabase intake queue. No automated receipt email is sent. Before live submissions open, the operator must complete the staging and policy review.

Optional support guide

The support panel opens only when you choose it. Published FAQ answers are served from this site. When AI source selection is configured and available, your question and up to four earlier user questions may be sent to Milliner and its selected model provider. The panel discloses this before you ask. The model selects passages from our reviewed public guides; it cannot inspect your app, accept work or book a slot.

We do not store chat transcripts in this site’s database or browser storage. The conversation stays in page memory until reset or reload; copying it is a separate local action. The server stores a random session identifier, offer, daily hashed client address, short-lived counters and expiry to limit abuse. It does not store raw IP addresses or question/answer text in those tables. Hosting and provider systems may process request metadata under their own settings and policies. Questions must not contain credentials or private records. Provider settings require operator review before AI is enabled.

Chat sessions expire within two hours or at UTC midnight. Operators prune expired session counters after a day and rate counters after their two-day expiry. No automatic cleanup scheduler is installed. The human email link opens your mail app; you decide whether to send. Chat never silently emails a transcript, creates a ticket or escalates a request.

Human support requests

When AI is unavailable, typing a question matches our published guide locally in your browser. It does not call a model. If you choose Ask a person, the separate form sends only your name, email and the summary you review, with your explicit consent. It does not automatically attach the conversation. A human request is confirmed only after VeristriaDesk acknowledges durable storage and returns a reference. No receipt email, response deadline or service booking is implied. If the connection is unavailable, copy the request and email us; an uncertain receipt remains visible.

Consented human requests become restricted operator records used to respond and manage the case. Closed or declined inquiries are reviewed for deletion after 90 days unless a documented obligation or unresolved request requires retention; accepted service records follow the approved service-record policy. Milliner and its selected providers may process inference inputs and logs under their configured retention policies. No provider privacy guarantee is implied by the local transcript controls.

Keep sensitive data out

Never submit passwords, API keys, live auth/reset links, payment information, user exports or confidential production records. Client-side checks are a convenience, not a guarantee that every secret can be detected. If you accidentally submit sensitive material, contact us promptly and follow your provider’s credential-rotation process.

Your requests

Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of submitted intake data. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for accounting or a dispute. The operating policy is to review the queue regularly and delete closed or declined inquiry payloads after 90 days unless a documented obligation or unresolved request requires retention. Active cases follow the approved service-record policy. This is an operator-reviewed process, not an automatic deletion scheduler. Final processor settings and legal terms require policy review before launch; this preview does not mean a live intake service is configured.
