The useful boundaries
Clear before we start.
What if the problem is in my app code?
A missing callback, reset screen or session flow needs a separately agreed workflow scope. We identify that boundary before taking on an email setup. We don’t call the package delivered merely because a message was sent.
Will every email land in the inbox?
No. We record the outcome in an agreed, owner-controlled test set. Provider acceptance, mailbox receipt and completed action are separate checks; no setup controls every recipient’s filters.
Can you diagnose my settings from my public website?
No. A Supabase marker does not reveal private SMTP configuration or prove a fault. We need your description and owner-controlled evidence to agree the job.
How quickly can we begin?
We confirm a real slot after scope and access are ready. DNS propagation and provider approval can add waiting time. There is no artificial countdown or automatic same-day promise.
Do I need to share credentials?
Don’t put passwords, API keys or live auth links in a form or email. You keep your accounts and enter sensitive values directly in provider tools using an agreed owner-assisted process.
What if the agreed result cannot be delivered?
If we cannot deliver the standard package’s agreed acceptance within scope, we refund the service fee. We do not quietly add work or charges. Read the service terms before payment.
