1. Prepare a small brief
Use the readiness tool to name your app, the path and who controls the required settings. Creating a brief is free and stays in this browser tab until you choose to send or download it. It is not an automatic diagnosis.
2. Agree the scope before payment
We check whether the app already implements the selected path and whether you can operate Supabase, your sender account and DNS. We offer the native DIY route as an alternative. A missing callback or reset screen is application work and must be scoped separately.
For a suitable job, we agree one project, sender/domain, path, expected destination, small test set and available delivery slot. The standard fee is USD 249 once. Provider/domain charges and applicable tax remain separate. There is no public pay-now button for an unknown scope.
3. Work in your accounts
You enter credentials directly in the relevant tools. Do not email API keys, passwords, reset links or customer records. We document the agreed settings and preserve a redacted baseline so changes can be reversed. DNS verification or provider approval can add waiting time; we identify those dependencies instead of promising instant completion.
4. Check the selected path
- The intended sender/domain is verified.
- The chosen Auth action generates the expected request.
- The provider has a corresponding event.
- The owner-controlled mailbox’s result is observed.
- The app reaches the expected completion state.
We record exceptions and an agreed safe negative case. Provider acceptance is not universal inbox placement. If an app-code issue prevents completion, we stop and explain it; the package is not marked delivered merely because an email was sent.
5. Hand over a useful record
You receive the scope, changes, redacted test results, rollback/recheck steps and known limits. A seven-day same-scope correction window follows delivery. New flows, domains, providers and ongoing support need a separate agreement.
If the agreed result cannot be delivered
We do not silently expand the bill. If we cannot complete the agreed standard-package acceptance within scope, the service fee is refunded. If required owner access stalls, we pause and discuss cancellation and unperformed work. Supplier charges remain subject to the supplier’s terms. See the service terms.
One conversation, one active job
Veristria’s email, search-readiness and workflow services have different scopes. A handoff happens with your agreement and a clear reason. It does not restart an unrelated campaign or override an unsubscribe. We do not sell two services for the same unresolved blocker.
